Refund & Return Policy – NextGad

At NextGad, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The product will be inspected

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

Refund methods:

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / SadaPay (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 working days after approval.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will offer a replacement (exchange) at no extra cost


5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our side (defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping

  • If the return does not meet our policy, the customer may bear shipping costs


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/video proof

  • Claims without proof may not be accepted
